Signed acceptance address of the subrogation of the pending debt by the new owner, indicating in it their data and the amount to be assumed.

Authorization of the current holder of the contract, showing agreement that we make the requested change of ownership of the supply point and photocopy of the current ID of the account holder.

Document accrediting the sale of the home.

Phone and email of the new owner.
